Terms

This page summarises the terms that apply when you use the KURAL marketing website (kural.tech) and when you sign a 90-day paid pilot. The legally binding documents are the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement executed at pilot start.

Website

• kural.tech is informational. No part of this site forms a binding offer to provide services.
• All content © 2026 KURAL Ltd. unless otherwise marked. The jurisdiction-control library is available under CC BY-SA 4.0 on request.
• Trademarks of named operators, regulators, auditors and jurisdictions remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Pilot

• 90 days, fixed scope (one jurisdiction, one brand, ~30 controls live in week 1, audit-pack PDF in week 12).
• Refundable in full if you don't see value at day 60.
• Read-only access to your stack — never a write path.
• Your data is never shared with a regulator without your explicit per-control, per-occurrence consent.
